December 31 -- As a Blue Moon rises over the Boston golf world on New Year’s Eve 2009, the Tiger Woods sex scandal is still making news, with recent word that the golfer suffered only a “fat lip” from his infamous November 27 car crash.With a new PGA Tour golf season about to unfold, it seems a good time to look back on a year filled with Woods’ victorious return to the tour after major knee surgery, as well as his self-inflicted implosion off the course.
