On the same day new allegations about Tiger Woods are surfacing, Nike has released a new ad with the golfing great. It uses thevoice of his dead father as background, with Tiger looking as serious and contrite as he knows how. By the way, those new allegations contend Tiger slept with his
neighbor's daughter, 22-year old Raychel Coudriet (at left). TMZ took an unscientific but rather telling poll of its readers, and asked them what they thought of the new Tiger ad. So far, about 75% call the ad "PR BS." I have to agree.
The new Tiger Woods Nike commercial only shows that Tiger Woods is indeed back. That includes his advertisements. On Wednesday night, ESPN and The Golf Channel aired a new Nike commercial starring the golf star Tiger Woods.
In the commercial is the voice of Tiger’s father, Earl Woods, who died in 2006.
“Tiger, I am more prone to be inquisitive, to promote discussion. I want to find out what your thinking was. I want to find out what your feelings are. Did you learn anything?” Golf great Tiger Woods' all-new commercial for sponsor Nike has hit the airwaves.
The ad, named "Earl and Tiger," debuted Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN and The Golf Channel.
Nike released the following statement about Woods' ad and his return to golf, "We support Tiger and his family. As he returns to competitive golf, the ad addresses his time away from the game using the powerful words of his father." The words creepy, too soon, weird, awkward, reaching, and what theee fux all come to mind as I watch this video. But really tho.. What Theee Fuck. Please tell me I’m not the only one who thinks whoring your dead Father out in a creepy commercial to capitalize is beyond douchey.Recently a new allegation was raised on him. This new 30 second Ad featured Tiger Woods, and background voice was given by Earl Woods, father of Tiger Woods. Earl Woods was died in the year 2006 with cardiac arrest.
In that Ad, Earl Woods will be telling to his son “Tiger, I am more prone to be inquisitive, to promote discussion. I want to find out what your thinking was. I want to find out what your feelings are. Did you learn anything?”
